In 2023, SC partnered with the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) to provide vocational training for male and female youth in Quetta, Balochistan. The three-month training programs aimed to equip participants with practical skills to generate income.

In 2024, SC continued its partnership with NAVTTC to offer advanced technical training in Quetta. This project focused on enhancing the employability of youth through specialized courses.

Since 2022, under the registration of the Trade Testing Board (TTB), Balochistan, SC has been conducting three-month training programs for the youth of Quetta City. These programs are designed to develop vocational and technical skills that enhance employment opportunities.
